- In original packaging with all tags attached
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
Non-Refundable Items

- Items without original tags or packaging
- Custom or personalized orders
- Items purchased on clearance or during special promotions (unless otherwise stated)
Refund Process
To initiate a refund:

- Receive return shipping instructions from our team
- Ship the item back to us (customer covers return shipping unless the return is due to our error)
- Upon receipt and inspection, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days
Refund Method
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the credit to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.
